Yes, you will need to upgrade in order to continue enjoying the service. Click the download button on the upgrade page and follow the instructions in the dialog boxes. - Will I need to re-register after I install the upgrade?
No, you will not need to re-register for the service. Your username, password, library and user preferences will all remain as they were, prior to the upgrade. - How do I get HBO on Broadband?
Only residential Wisconsin Time Warner Customers with HBO, HBO On Demand and Road Runner high-speed online can download and use the service free of charge. Certain subscribers, including Affinity customers, Teleworkers, and others on Employee partner programs are not eligible to use HBO on Broadband. If you don’t currently subscribe to HBO or Road Runner high-speed online please call 1-800-TWCABLE. - What are the PC System Requirements?

If you were not presented an error message explaining why the download failed, check to see if your computer is behind a firewall. Some firewalls can block access to the HBO on Broadband application. - I still can’t download or install the HBO on Broadband application; what should I do?

To download shows and watch HBO Live, you will need to be connected to the Internet on your Roadrunner high-speed online in Wisconsin. You don't need to be connected to the Internet to watch shows you've already downloaded to your library - Where can I use HBO on Broadband?
HBO on Broadband is currently only available to Time Warner Cable subscribers in Wisconsin who subscribe to HBO, HBO On Demand and Road Runner High Speed Online. You can only download the HBO on Broadband application when you are connected to the internet from your home through Road Runner High Speed Online. If you use HBO on Broadband when you are not connected to the internet or to your home Road Runner High Speed Online connection, you will only be able to watch shows that have already been downloaded to your library. - Can I block out mature programming using Parental Controls? How do I do this?
Yes, HBO on Broadband's parental controls allow you to establish restrictions on both downloading and watching HBO live. For downloads, you can select the maximum MPAA (R, PG13, PG, etc) or TV rating (TVMA, TV14, etc) you want your children to be able to download. Keep in mind that setting any restriction will prevent the household account from accessing the 'Watch HBO Live' feature. To set parental controls, you'll need to create household accounts. Go to 'My Account' located at the upper right of the screen, click 'Manage Household' and then 'Add Household Member'. From here you can establish parental control settings for additional users in your household. - How large are the files I will be downloading?
File sizes vary by show. Generally, a two hour movie is approximately 1.2GB, a one hour show is about 600mb and a 30 minute show is around 300mb. - How many shows can I download per month?
There is no limit to the number of shows you can download. - Can I start watching a show before it is finished downloading?
Yes, you can usually start watching a show within seconds of hitting the download button. HBO on Broadband uses a feature called "progressive download", which allows you to begin watching your show while it is still in the process of downloading. - How often are shows added to HBO on Broadband and how will I know when they are available?
New shows are added to HBO on Broadband throughout each week. Check out 'What's New' to see original programming and Hollywood movies premiering on HBO on Broadband each week. You can also go to 'Coming Soon' to see new shows that will be available on HBO on Broadband in the coming weeks. From 'Coming Soon' you can set shows to automatically downloaded the day they become available on HBO on Broadband. - I have a Mac. Can I use HBO on Broadband?
HBO on Broadband is not supported natively on Macs at this time. However, HBO on Broadband will work on an Intel-based Macintosh computer running Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" or later (by running it under emulation using Parallels Desktop for Mac Build 3188 or higher).
